Depression & Anxiety

Depression and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience in our lives. Through the counseling process, we can help you learn coping skills and self care strategies to make life more manageable and encourage you to discover or recover your motivation, perspective, and joy for living.

Trauma & PTSD

When you have endured painful and traumatic circumstances, it's important to know that you are not alone and there is hope for recovery. We are here to help you overcome symptoms of trauma and guide you through the process of grief and healing.

Addiction & Substance Abuse

Many people who have experienced trauma or other mental disorders also struggle with substance use and other addictive behaviors. We can help you learn relapse prevention skills and make changes in attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors in order to establish and maintain a successful lifestyle of recovery.
